Our suites are stocked with yoga mats so please so feel free to strike a pose on your own.
Private yoga is also available. Our instructor will take you through a combination of exercises that increase flexibility in your body and rejuvenate your mind and spirit. Focus is a fundamental element, which is why a one-on-one class in the privacy of our Body Goodness wellness studio is an ideal approach. Various yoga styles and levels are offered and can be tailored to your needs.
